The Site offers online entertainment services that may be deemed adult in nature and which may contain graphic depictions, nudity, adult language, and descriptions of explicit sexual activity. You acknowledge that you are aware of the nature of the content provided by these Sites, that you are not offended by such content and that you access the Sites freely, voluntarily and willingly. Downloads are limited to up to 50 videos per month to prevent site rips.

2. Age of Majority

You represent and warrant you are at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. 3. Members Account

All Members of the Service shall receive a password and an account. Members are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under their account whether authorized or not authorized. Recurring memberships are automatically rebilled every 30 days until they are cancelled. Cancellations can be made online by the customer with our billing providers. Please be aware that when a membership is cancelled, access to the site will continue and only as favorites marked videos are still watchable up to one year after expiration of (paid) membership.

5. Refunds

It is possible to request a refund by contacting our customer support department by using our contact us page and explaining the reason for dissatisfaction. To grant refunds is decision of hornydreambabez.com.

All media is technically finger printed with user information to track any violation of copyrights. Violating accounts will be deleted consequently and account owners may prosecuted.

9. Modifications and Interruption to Service

HornyDreamBabeZ.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. HornyDreamBabeZ.com shall not be liable to Member or any third party should HornyDreamBabeZ.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Members can mark a maximum of 40 videos as their favorites. Site access is limited to video streaming. Downloads are limited to a specific number each month.
